We strive to provide 100% satisfaction for all our buyers. If you wish to return an item for refund/replacement please follow ensure that -

1. KGA Electronics & Home Appliances, will be able to exchange an item only if the packaging is not broken or opened, and
2. The customer has informed us within 3 days of receiving the items

If the above 2 criteria is not matched, KGA Electronics & Home Appliances, is not liable to exchange, return or refund such items. Shipping charges to be paid by customers. Items to be returned in original unused and unopened packing only.

We urge customers to select products after checking the products specification in detail before ordering. 
Once the items are opened or used we will be unable to sell them another customer hence KGA Electronics & Home Appliances, is firm on not accepting such items back.

Note:
1) We accept only unopened and unused items in their original packing for returns.
2) Shipping charges and other expenses incurred to return the item will not be refunded.
3) If item is sent for replacement, re-shipping charge is to be provided by the customer

If you wish to return any item back to us, your item must be in its original unused condition. If you wish to return an item, please inform us within 3 days of receipt of the product and we will help you return the product for replacement/repair.
